For your convenience, we operate 24 hours x 7 days x 365 days per year.
Please be aware that our sedans may not accommodate luggage for 4 people, or those with a significant amount of luggage. It is not possible to store luggage between seats, and trailers cannot be provided for our sedans. For those with lots of luggage, we would recommend considering one of our people movers, or minibuses, with or without a trailer. Please let us know if you require assistance in transporting your luggage.
We accept payments via EFT, credit card, or cash. A payment is required in full to secure your booking before dispatching the chauffeured car.
Yes. Customers are permitted to request stops for taking photos, and this time will be included in the total journey time for pricing purposes.
You can obtain a quote for our service by filling out a booking form on our app before finalizing your booking, submitting an online quote form, or giving us a call. We provide the option for customers to request quotes for multiple vehicles, provide details of any special requests, specify any return journey details, or additional journey pick-ups and drop-offs.
A cancellation without financial penalty is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date and time.
We allow 10 minutes of waiting time for general transfers. For airport transfers, we allow 30 minutes of waiting time after flight landing for domestic flights, and 60 minutes for international flights. If passengers are arriving on different flights, then the waiting time starts after the first flight lands. Alternatively, you can request a suitable time for group pickup when making a booking.
Provided you have supplied your flight number when booking, you need not be concerned if your flight is running late. Our Operations Team will monitor flight arrival time, and dispatch your chauffeur and hire car accordingly.

Check your booking confirmation for chauffeur meeting points at various airports. For domestic flights, collect your luggage and proceed to the chauffeur meeting point near the exit doors or kerb side.
